Are the tools really free?
Yes, and they’re staying free. No trial, no credit card, no upgrade at the end. They’re not bait for something else.
Do I have to give you my email to use them?
For the rate calculator, yes. You answer the five questions, we email you a link, and following that link opens your rate and all four charts on the page. It is there to check the address is real, not to start a sales sequence. The other tools ask for nothing.
Do you store the numbers I put in?
No. They stay in your own browser, on your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for something to be emailed to you.
Will it work with no signal?
Once a tool has loaded once, yes. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, in a basement, in a loft, with no bars.
Why is my true hourly rate higher than what I charge?
Because the hours you can invoice are far fewer than the hours you work. Quoting, driving, chasing invoices and paperwork are all unpaid, and your costs have to come out of the billable hours only.

Who is Next Move?
A small outfit that works only with electrical contractors, founded and run by Liam. We deliberately take on a limited number of firms at a time, so you’re not one of a hundred accounts.
Why only electricians?
Because knowing the trade is most of the job. An agency covering twelve industries knows nothing useful about any of them.
How much does it cost?
It depends where you’re starting from, so we won’t put one figure on a web page and pretend it fits everyone. Tell us what you’re after and you get a number on the first call, not after a chain of discovery meetings.
Am I too small?
Almost certainly not. Most of the electricians we speak to are on their own or have one guy with them.

Why is there no phone number on this site?
Because a missed call helps neither of us. Book a time and you get a proper fifteen minutes. Send the form and you get a considered reply, rather than thirty seconds squeezed in between jobs.
Will you cold call me if I fill the form in?
No. We reply to the form. If you gave a mobile we might text, because that’s quicker on site, but that’s as far as it goes.
What happens to my details?
They come to us and stay with us. Not sold, not shared, not added to a mailing list. The privacy page spells out exactly where they’re stored and how to have them deleted.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We work remotely and on site. If a face-to-face makes sense we’ll sort one out.

Ask it on a call, or send it through the form. Either way a person reads it.
