Plain English. Using this site means you are alright with what is below.
The tools are estimates
The calculators on this site do arithmetic on numbers you type in. They are a sanity check on your pricing, not an accountant, a tax adviser or a lawyer. The figures they produce are estimates and nothing more.
Before you change what you charge, check the numbers against your own books. If a tool gives you a result that looks wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it than have you price off it.
What we are not liable for
We do not accept liability for business decisions made off the back of a free tool, or for loss of profit, contracts or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.
This site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Using the content
The words, tools and design on this site are mine. Link to them freely and send them to whoever you like. Do not copy them wholesale onto another site and present them as your own.
Changes
These terms can change. The version on this page is the one that applies. If something changes that actually affects you, we will say so rather than quietly edit the page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
