Next Move is the data controller for this website. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, use the contact form — it goes straight to Liam.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover anything you send us through Instagram, Cal.com or any other platform, which have their own policies.
What is collected

What you type into the contact form
Your name, email, mobile if you give one, what you are after, and your message. Nothing is pre-filled and nothing is taken without you typing it.

Where you arrived from
If you came from an ad or a link with tracking tags on it, those tags are stored in your own browser and attached to your enquiry, so we know which post or ad brought you here. No cookie is set.

Your IP address, with the enquiry
Recorded alongside a form submission to make spam traceable. It is not used for anything else.
Where it goes
A form submission is written to a file on the web server that is not reachable from the internet, and forwarded to the system we use to keep track of enquiries. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, and it is not added to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are working with you, and for 24 months afterwards in case you come back. After that they are deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Complain to the Privacy Commissioner
If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta at oipc.ab.ca. If your enquiry came from outside Alberta, the federal Privacy Commissioner at priv.gc.ca covers it. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
